To be eligible for the PATAWOMECK INDIAN COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP, you must meet the below listed criteria:

Documented proof of Tribal membership
-
Must have consistent interest and participation in the furthering of the Patawomeck Indian Tribe and its activities
-
Must have graduated from an accredited high school,homeschool program or GED this academic year
-
Earning a minimum of a 2.4 GPA
-
Demonstrating a need for financial assistance
-
Eligible to receive a Federal Pell Grant in the first year of college
-
Accepted and enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's degree program at an accredited higher education institution in the fall after graduation from high school. A vocational school is also acceptable.

Essay not to exceed 4 pages
Recipients will need to demonstrate their desire and ability to overcome barriers and to achieve their goals. Your application will be evaluated on your:

Individual determination to succeed

Future goals and plans to achieve them

Ability to communicate the hardships you have overcome or currently face

Self motivation in completing challenging coursework
-
Demonstrated need for financial assistance

To be eligible for the PATAWOMECK IMPACT SCHOLARSHIP, you must meet the below listed criteria:

Must have graduated from an accredited high school, homeschool program, or GED this academic year.

Accepted and enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's degree program at an accredited higher education institution in the fall after graduation from high school. A vocational school is also acceptable.

Essay of no more than 750 words showing how you have contributed to the Tribe or made significant effort/impact in the Native American community.
Your application will be evaluated on your:

Impact on the Native American community and/or the Tribe
-
Reference by a guidance counselor or teacher
-
Self motivation in completing challenging coursework

Relevance Ventures Leadership Scholarship
$1000 Award
To be eligible for the RELEVANCE VENTURES LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP, you must meet the below listed criteria:

Must have graduated from an accredited high school, homeschool program, or GED this academic year.

Accepted and enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited higher education institution (college or university) in the fall after graduation from high school.

Plan to pursue a degree in Business and/or Native American Studies.

Essay of no more than 750 words explaining why you chose your major AND what you hope to accomplish in your life with this degree.
